Tumbleweed Slopes, Dusk

Sundown transforms semi-arid mountains with deepening hues, bringing to life a rich, nocturnal lushness after the heat of the day. The setting sun brushes the very highest wisps of mountain peaks. Tumbleweed and drifts of grasses cascade across the slopes in brushstroke arrays of texture. British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley was the inspiration for this.
